Mount Faber Park is Singapore’s second highest hill, and also one of the popular attractions in the country. The nature park is also well preserve and unique where Singapore’s cable car system is here in Mount Faber that link to Sentosa Island.
Mount Faber was originally named Telok Blangah Hill, it was later renamed in July 1845 as Mount Faber in honour of Captain Charles Edward Faber of the Madras Engineers. It was he who built a narrow winding road.
In the year 2005, on top of the hill was transformed into a tourist attraction known today as the Faber Peak. A place where tourist can come by for a drink at the trendy bars and restaurants while appreciate best views in the Singapore.
You will find Mount Faber within few minutes of walk from The Reef At King’s Dock condo where most people will start their hike from the bottom of the hill.
