Greater Southern Water Boost Property Value

Greater Southern Waterfront – A coming mega transformation that comprises 30km of coastline that stretches from Gardens by the Bay East to Pasir Panjang. On National Day Rally 2019, it was mentioned the transformation will bring in the concept of live, work and play.

The speech given by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong had gave detail on this project that is going to shape and bring Singapore towards a better lifestyle. This project will create more jobs opportunity.

The waterfront area was boast to be double the size of Punggol district that will include both public and private housing. Potentially, this transformation will also bring in more demand in property since more jobs are been created. The overall transformation will benefit many property investors and the future home buyers of The Reef At King’s Dock.
